Beautivita Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • Standard shipping: Free

  • Express shipping: €5.99

We strive to process and ship your order promptly. In rare cases of delays, we will notify you immediately.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor your shipment.

Customs and Duties:
All prices include EU VAT. No additional customs fees are expected for shipments within the Netherlands or Belgium.

Returns and Refunds:

  • You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order (in accordance with EU consumer law), excluding intimate or body-hugging items, such as leggings, underwear, and socks, due to hygiene considerations.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@beautivita.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
