Returns and Refunds Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your current item, and once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you reside in the European Union (including the Netherlands and Belgium), you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, including tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To exercise this right, notify us clearly by email at info@beautivita.com. Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that the refund may be reduced to reflect any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
